Discovery sprints
A focused run at an undefined problem: customer conversations, signal synthesis, and a clear go / no-go at the end. Discovery gets a deadline, usually 60 days.
Validation & prototyping
Pressure-test the idea before you pour months into it. We build just enough to sell something that doesn't exist yet and learn what's actually true.
Founder coaching
A sounding board for the early, lonely decisions: positioning, first customers, co-founder and equity structure, when to push and when to shelf.
